Gold Coast Institute of TAFE is nationally recognised for quality vocational education and training programs. As one of thirteen TAFE institutes in Queensland. The Gold Coast Institute of TAFE is a publicly funded training provider and operates with the Queensland Government guidelines of the Department of Education and Training.

The Gold Coast Institute of TAFE strives to exceed client expectations when providing course and enrolment information to both local and international students.

Its training facilities are state of the art is one of the largest Training orgnaisations in the Gold Coast region with five  Campus locations and enrolments of over 16,000 students annually.

The programs have been designed in close consultation with business and industry.  When our students complete their studies with us, they will have the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure a competitive advantage when entering the workforce or moving onto further education.  Whether a student joins Gold Coast TAFE straight from school or after years in the workforce, we will work with them in the pursuit of their goals.

The development of Gold Coast TAFE’s future infrastructure is impacted by the growth of the Gold Coast City, its transportation links, the development of the learning environment and the development of industry and community.  Therefore major infrastructure planning has been a focus for the Institute with the introduction of a 20 year Infrastructure plan to take account of emerging educational trends and technologies.
